AUTOPROCESS CF100
CF100 has 18 years history and
becomes a basic track repairing equipment in
PCB industry in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Applications
* Repair defective track on printed circuit
board with copper alloy or Kovar
ribbon by resistance welding.
* Connecting magnet wire onto lead frame
or printed circuit substate. Typical
applications are quartz watch module and
delay lines device. With an optional
dedicated electrode the CF100 is capable
to remove insulation of magnet wire
and to connect wire to substate in one
operation.
* Pulse heated solder reflow to connect
micro-electronics device to printed
circuit board. |
